From the first phone call to Ronan until he came to fit the stove was fantastic. Explained from day one what would work best for my house and invited me to come look at some different models. Ronan then made a house call to measure up and make sure everything I had chosen would work. No fuss no mess just a professional service and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend Ronan and his team.

From start to finish, our experience with Fraber was excellent. Ronan was knowledgeable and patient when explaining our options, he was flexible and accommodating and worked around our schedule. Communication was always prompt, timely and efficient and most importantly we’re delighted with the install and the quality of our new stove. The fact that it now heats our entire home is a bonus. I would have no hesitation recommending Fraber Wood Pellet Stoves.

From start to finish Ronan was a pleasure to deal with. He was committed to giving us the best possible option for our home. He gave us a date for fitting and stuck to it. It so happened we weren’t there on the day and didn’t know what to expect when we got home. What a surprise you wouldn’t know he was ever in the house the place was spotless job done. 100% recommend Fraber Wood Pellet Stoves for your homes.
